This Minosharp Plus is a universal sharpener suitable for all knives, except those that are serrated or sharpened on one side only. The sharpener consists of two ceramic wheels: the white wheel is coarse and the pink wheel is medium and completes the sharpening process. It is fast, safe, simples to use and produces excellent results.
